Project Highlights
- Size: 56,000 sf
- Completed the cleanroom envelope of 40,000 sf of Class 100, and 16,000sf of Class 10,000 and 100,000
- Included an aluminum raised access floor in a 3’ depressed area and over a 16’ wide utility tunnel
- Customized floor so that cleanroom bays had a conductive perforated tile while the chases had grated floor tile
- Also included a flush light gel seal ceiling system with 100% ULPA coverage and modular aluminum honeycomb ¼” and 2” wall panel
- Class 10,000 and Class 100,000 used a 2” cleanroom ceiling grid with vinyl face gypsum tiles, seamless vinyl floors and epoxy coated perimeter partitions
- This area had a ducted return and supply and was isolated from the Class 100 air stream.
- Hodess also received a separate contract to perform the tool installation and hook-up
