Project Highlights
- Size: 15,000 sf
- Relocation of cleanroom from Quincy to Andover
- Class 10,000 and Class 100,000 cleanroom space for the manufacturing of Saws chips
- Used existing plant’s steam heat to run humidification and re-heat
- Improved existing chilled water system to be able to handle the new system and temperature controls
- Provided new make-up air unit and new recirculation fans
- 2” aluminum ceiling grid with Mylar faced ceiling tiles and HEPA filters was installed
- New return walls and a new epoxy and conductive tile floor were also installed
- HCC was also contracted to install all of Raytheon’s tools
