Project Highlights
- Design/Build services to renovate 10,000sf of an existing 20,000sf single story building manufacturing processes
- R&D Facility was for Collagen Matrix, a pharmaceutical manufacturer located currently in Franklin, NJ.
- Scope of work will included selective architectural demolition, excluding any structural demolition, including ceilings, drywall partitions, lights, ductwork, sprinklers, doors, etc.
- HCCÂ designed new mechanical systems for ventilation, cleanrooms, process systems and electrical systems for the Owners process equipment installation and laboratory installations.
- 6,600sf of space that existed was cleanroom that will be renovated into new cleanroom space.
- 300sf of existing laboratory will also be renovated into multiple smaller labs that are currently divided.
- HCC was also be responsible for moving all the Owners equipment from the existing facility to the new facility
- HCC also helped to provide the owner with procedures, commissioning, validation and other documentation that they required for their FDA certification.
