- Use of photolithography products meant tight control of light, temperature and humidity
- Complete design of the central plant cooling, heating, humidification and control systems
- Designed a stick-built cleanroom wall system with unistrut to support custom air handling recirculation units
- Included FM rated fiberglass exhaust systems, solvent exhaust system and installation of new process for compressed air, nitrogen, process vacuum, process cooling water, acid waste and a hot and cold DI water system
