- HCC designed and constructed the entire building including concrete slab, structural steel frame, metal panel exterior and rubber roof
- HCC provided recirculation units for all 4 cleanroom bays using Vaneaxial Fans with regain silencer
- Purchased make-up air units, chillers, cooling tower, DI water system, compressed air system and acid waste treatment from another a similar facility that was closing
- HCC provided bulk nitrogen, new electrical, new scrubbed exhaust, solvent exhaust and heat exhaust systems
- Fab included seamless vinyl floors, metal stud chase walls with laminate cleanroom wall panels and a rod hung 2” grid system for the ceiling
- Designed as a ducted supply, plenum return cleanroom
