As President of Hodess Construction Corporation, Blake G. Hodess offers over 25 years of construction experience.  Blake is recognized in the industry for his expertise in advanced technology construction.  Blake has vast experience in all project responsibilities throughout the construction process. Specifically, his range of experience includes:

· Establishing budgets
· Negotiating subcontracts
· Effectively monitoring and directing field operations
· Performing quality, cost-effective, on-schedule completion of projects

In his role as Senior Project Manager, Bill is responsible for overseeing the project and field activity. A member of the firm for over 20 years, Bill is a proven performer. He has managed the construction of some of Hodess’ largest, most complicated projects on the East Coast in his 30 years of construction experience. In this role, he will facilitate weekly job meetings to ensure that the overall program is supported by the operations of purchasing, expediting, scheduling, accounting, and safety. Having Bill Lund lead the team ensures proper understanding and support for field personnel for a successful project.

Bill is 100 OSHA certified and holds a Mass and N.C. Builders License.

Dave brings 20 years experience in construction, with the last eight years with Hodess.  Dave’s experience with complex design/build high tech construction provides a value-add in trade relations. This yields production and cost efficiencies. In addition to coordinating schedules for materials and production, Dave also has vast experience assessing job and labor requirements, as well as training and supervising personnel.  Dave has managed all phases of general construction. He also has experience with detailed finishes and architecturally significant construction requirements. Dave is 60 hour OSHA certified, holds a Grade 1 ACI Certification and a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License.

As Superintendent, Derek is responsible for overseeing the progress of the job from the beginning to the end. Derek Lowell has over 30 years of experience with Hodess, as both a project superintendent and a field engineer. He is responsible for coordinating field personnel, subcontractors and methods of construction. In addition, he supervises the quality of construction and ensures adherence to job schedule.

Derek is 60-hour OSHA Certified and holds a Mass Superintendents license.
