Institutional Construction

Hodess’ institutional projects include design/build, construction management, and general contracting of private schools, hospitals, libraries and other private institutions. High visibility projects such as athletic facilities, laboratory buildings, performing arts centers, and libraries require careful attention to detail, and we’ve developed a detailed cost and quality control system to ensure top satisfaction.

We understand that most institutional projects involve working on existing facilities in active use by our customers and their clientele. As a result, Hodess has developed a series of controls to enable us to work in concert with on-going operations and provide safe working environments, timely completion, and high quality results.

Residential Construction

Since 1971, Hodess has built over 10,000 units of apartments, condominiums, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, congregate facilities, and independent living structures.
