Project Highlights
- HCC was selected by Roncelli Inc as the cleanroom and dry room subcontractor
- HCC’s roll provided design-assist service and management of subcontracts for the 55,000sf, -40C dryroom, 75,000 sf of ISO 7 cleanroom and 120,000 sf of non clean modular walls and walkable ceilings.
- HCC scope includes supply and install custom air showers, HEPA filters, fan powered HEPA filters, automatic sliders and all doors, frames and hardware.
- HCC ‘s responsibility includes reviewing all design for cleanroom and dry room mechanical and managing, cleanroom protocol and providing clean room certification in “as built” and operational conditions.
- HCC scope also included determining wall and ceiling system material to meet operational requirements.
